That in pursuing the responsibilities, they must recognize that instruction, research, extension, and production are also their fundamental responsibilities that must be continuously balanced. That teaching lies at the heart of the mission of the University. And to uphold the mantra that the heart of education is the education of the heart.”
President Daguil in his talk said that one thing about being in the academe is the fact that you are responsible for your promotion, that you grow in your rank through determination, focus, hard work and persistence. He also mentioned a bit of his LIKHA agenda. How CSU will recalibrate its systems to fit it to his vision of CSU becoming a socially engaged entrepreneurial and digital university excelling globally in science, engineering, and the arts by 2026. As an innovation University, CSU will be a responsible steward of solution finders and value creators driven to create a sustainable future for the region, the nation, and beyond. PICO
