Caraga State University President Rolyn C. Daguil, PhD has signed a commitment to support and contribute to the establishment of a Technology Transfer and Innovation for Northern Mindanao during the Technology Transfer Conference 2025 organized by the University of Science and Technology in Southern Philippines (USTP) in Cagayan de Oro City, February 7, 2025.
This consortium gathered State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), government agencies, and industry partners to build a stronger innovation ecosystem in Northern Mindanao.
