CSU celebrated the Civil Service Commission’s Program on Awards and Incentives on Service Excellence (PRAISE) through PASIDUNGOG 2023, an annual awarding ceremony to honor and acknowledge individuals in the administration, instruction, innovation, research, and extension who have made significant contributions to various aspects of university life.
Educators, program departments, and administrative personnel who had made remarkable strides in their respective fields were presented with tokens of appreciation and recognition. These accolades encompassed achievements in extension services, research and development projects, innovation and patents, publications, book authorship, and cost-effective measures. Furthermore, a series of prestigious awards were conferred upon deserving recipients, including the Loyalty Award, Retiree Award, Special Award, Best Employee Award, and Presidential Award.
The PRAISE Awards at CSU embody the institution's spirit and commitment to excellence in education, research, and community engagement. Through this tradition, the university not only acknowledges the accomplishments of its members but also serves as an inspiration for others to strive for greatness in their own pursuits. Excellence is also what University President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, articulated in his keynote speech. He emphasized that these achievements must inspire everyone to strive for excellence in their every endeavor. Moreover, PASIDUNGOG 2023 stands as a reminder that when we recognize and celebrate excellence, we foster a culture that continues to thrive and inspires future generations to achieve new heights.
As the university continues to grow and evolve, the PRAISE Awards remain a symbol of its dedication to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and building a better future for the community it serves.
