Representatives from various research centers and units of Caraga State University gathered for the first phase of its Roadmap Formulation on March 12, 2025, at the Admin Conference Hall, aligning the university’s research initiatives with the local and national development objectives.
To align its research initiatives with the national economic and social targets, the Caraga State University developed its research, development, innovation, and extension (RDIE) agenda for the next five years (2025-2030) anchored on the Philippine Development Plan (PDP), Caraga Regional Development Plan and the university’s LIKHA Agenda.
Vice President for RDIE Jeffrey T. Dellosa, D.Eng. opened the two-day activity on December 3, emphasizing that CSU’s role extends to broader social responsibility through research and innovation.
In a significant move designed to bridge the gap between academia and the fast-evolving semiconductor and electronics industry, Caraga State University (CSU) has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry of the Philippines, Foundation, Inc. (SEIPI), held August 18, 2023, at JPark Island Resort & Water Park, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
