Mr. John Mark Ramada from the College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries was awarded the Best Pig Husbandry “Back Home Improvement Plan” (BHIP) by the Aeres Training Center International (ATCI), Barneveld, Netherlands on May 28, 2019. The award was given by Programma Uitzending Managers (PUM) Netherlands senior experts. PUM is a volunteer organization committed to the sustainable development of small and medium-size enterprises in developing countries and emerging markets.
Mr. John Mark Ramada is currently in Netherlands for ten months training on International Diploma Course on Pig Husbandry and Animal Feed in Barneveld, the Netherlands. The course starts from August 2018 to May 2019. Mr. Ramada is under a scholarship program of Netherlands Fellowship Programmes from the Dutch government - Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
