Great Filipino Workout

The winners of the different athletic and recreational competitions for this year's KASADYA were respectfully awarded today, October 23, 2023, after the university's flag ceremony. For the past two weeks, CSU personnel from the administration and academic units have thrown their hats in the ring and competed in the following sports: bowling, volleyball, basketball, dart, funrun, duathlon, and badminton. Below are the names of the winners:

The Office of the Human Resources Management Services (HRMS) together with its BS Psychology student-interns organized the Zumba Session and Sports Activities for faculty, staff, and students pursuant to CSU Memo 155, s. 2022 and CSC MC 08, s. 2011.

In view of the CSC Memorandum Circular No. 8, s. 2011, Caraga State University actively participates in the “Great Filipino Workout” program. This is an essential activity because it promotes a healthy body and mind for the employees and enhances the constituents’ work ethic to produce quality work in their designated offices and departments.
