The University prides itself on the strength of its faculty members. Twenty-three percent (23%) of its faculty members has appropriate Doctorate degrees. Despite this strength, more faculty members are currently sent to Ateneo de Manila, Ateneo de Davao, UP Diliman, UST, MSU-IIT and overseas to pursue MS, MA, and/or Ph.D. degrees.

Dr. Jayrold Arcede – Ph.D. in Mathematics, ADMU (with sandwich program at the National University of Singapore)
Our faculty also participated in short courses to keep them abreast of the recent trends in their fields of specialization. With financial support from the sponsoring organizations, we were able to send 3 faculty members from the College of Arts and Sciences to Thailand.
Ms. Ma. Elma D. Quiao participated in the Training Course on Biotechnology at the National center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology at Pathumthani, Thailand in July-December 2009
Mr. Rey Y. Capangpangan and Mr. Felmer S. Latayada participated in a weeklong Chemical Safety and Security Officers’ Training Course last October 19-23, 2009 at Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
