The University President
As provided for in Article 8, Chapter 3 of the University Code and Section 36, Rule IX of CHED Memorandum Order No. 3, s. 2001 on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 8292, "Otherwise Known as an Act providing for the Composition and Powers of the Governing Boards, the Manner of Appointment and Term of Office of the President of Chartered State Universities and Colleges, and for Other Purposes,' an Administrative Council shall be created in each chartered SUC. This council shall be composed of its University President as Chairperson and the Vice President (s), the Chancellor, the Dean(s), the Directors, and the other officials of equal rank. In adherence thereto, the University Administrative Council is hereby reconstituted through Special Order No. 050, s. 2023, as follows:

As further provided for in Section 37, Rule IX of CHED Memorandum Order No. 3, S. 2001, on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 8292, the said Council shall review and recommend in accordance with its Governing Board appropriate policies governing the administration, management, and development planning of the chartered SUC for the latte/s action as it may deem fit.
