On April 4, 2022, Caraga State University was greeted with happy and enthusiastic faces. After two years the CSU community has finally came together on a limited new normal face-to-face classes. Drums roared and other musical instruments played a blast amidst the smiles of a joyful crowd.
It started with a flag ceremony that was enthusiastically participated by the faculty, students, office staff, and key officials. Inspiring message of CSU President Anthony M. Penaso and the Opening Statement of Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rolando N. Paluga were received by resounding audience applause.
President Penaso, in his inspirational talk, highlighted how the whole of CSU battled with the challenges of the pandemic and turned out triumphant and indomitable. Happiness permeates the whole surrounding as everyone meets each other and one another with smiles, gentle hugs, pats in the back, and lovely words to say. Just like anyone else, and any other institutions are, CSU remains resilient, tenacious, determined, and persistent to what it is now, and how it should be years from now. PICO
