CSU shall ensure the well-being of its extension workers in terms of safety and gender needs cutting across ages, ethnicity, religion, sex, abilities, etc.
CSU shall give preference to communities with identified gender issues that hinder community development.
CSU shall allot funds for gender related extension programs and other support needed by the personnel in the conduct of extension works.
CSU shall encourage donations that answer gender-related needs of the community. The university shall establish linkages with government agencies and NGOs of similar gender advocacy.
CSU requires gender orientation to every technology transfer where the recipient is a community.
