Curriculum Development. The CSU commits itself to designing gender responsive curriculum in a manner that each program shall integrates gender fair language in the course syllabi.
Student Admission. Admission requirements shall be gender fair cutting across ages, races, sexes, abilities and passion. It actively strives for a balanced gender ratio in all study subjects and takes appropriate action.
Student Services. The CSU commits itself to shaping its study conditions in a manner that is fair to all genders. This applies to study regulations, study advising and support. It creates possibilities to flexibly design studies for students with special conditions (e.g. working students, differently-abled students, IPs, religious, etc.).
Program Accreditation. The CSU commits itself to gender equality as an integral part of the CHED recognized organizational development and quality management arm. Gender mainstreaming at CSU shall be continually developed and expanded to a gender fair management in diversity (ethnicity, religion, abilities, etc.).
