“It's the second time around, so I think that’s the thing on my mind right now… I am overwhelmed and [sic] I am honored, and I am in awe,” said the newly crowned queen in an exclusive interview during the Mr. and Ms. CSU 2024 held at the Kinaadman Grounds on November 6.
With a brave heart and an even bigger purpose, Kirk Lei Flores of the College of Engineering and Geosciences reconquered the Ms. CSU stage once more. From her 3rd runners-up finish during last year’s edition, Flores bested 15 other exceptional candidates in tonight’s pageant, proving that the second time’s a charm.

When asked about his experience of winning the crown during his first-ever pageant stint, Pioco emphasized that “It is very overwhelming to be crowned as Mr. CSU 2024… I am immensely grateful to all the supporters from our college.”
The two royalties were crowd favorites, garnering cheers from supporters and spectators alike. On top of that, the winners bagged multiple Special, Corporate, and Minor Awards, with both of them sashed as the Best in Production No. and Mr. and Ms. Eloquence.
Furthermore, the first runners-up titles were given to CEGS’ Jun Canarie Concha and Precious Era Pabayos, the second crowns were bestowed on CEd’s Keith Adrian Guday and CSUCC’s Rhean Joy D. Angayan.
Moreover, the declared third placers were CHaSS’ Drix Concepcion and CCIS’ Jasmine Orcales, and hailing in the final spots were CCIS’ Runard Ramos and CoFES’ Henissey Jabol.
