HUGYAW hypes up Golden Paddlers for second sem

The Caraga State University, through its Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services (OVPSAAS) and the University Student Government (USG), ushered in the second semester of the academic year with HUGYAW 2024.

Special performances from students and invited guests ensued in the evening that was capped with foam and hydro party.

The event also featured the ceremonial turnover of leadership from Dr. Adam Roy V. Galolo, the outgoing VPSAAS, to his successor, Dr. Rissa L. Mercado, formalized under Special Order No. 24, s. 2024.

HUGYAW 2024 marks the university’s first major student activity for 2025, welcoming the second semester of Academic Year 2024-2025. Its counterpart, ENTRADA, similarly signifies the opening of the first semester, featuring an equally vibrant array of performances and gastronomic experience.
