A historic signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CSU and Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC) happened at the House of Representatives, Batasan Hills, Quezon City on Monday, September 25. This pins another significant mark on CSU's journey in bringing the proposed School of Medicine to fruition.
As stipulated in the agreement, CSU will assume responsibility for designing and delivering the curriculum and instruction for its Doctor of Medicine program, while DRMC will function as the designated training hospital and offer medical and clinical training to CSU's medical students in the future.
Agusan del Norte's 1st District Representative, Hon. Jose "Joboy" Aquino II, was present to represent Caraga. He is one of the flag bearers of the proposed program.
