The Caraga State University (CSU) further expands its international partnerships with another ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on February 20, 2025.
The university sealed its partnership with the Virtual Realia Organization (VRO) of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, to formalize mutual cooperation in advancing education, research, and publication initiatives. Both institutions will facilitate the exchange of academic materials and information in areas of mutual interest and co-host events focused on education, innovation, and technopreneurship.
The partnership will initially prioritize cooperation in computing, information sciences, and technopreneurship, with potential expansion into other fields, thereby reinforcing both institutions’ unwavering commitment to academic excellence, global engagement, and the dissemination of knowledge.
Leading the ceremonial signing were the CSU University President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, and the Chairman of the Virtual Realia Organization (VRO), Dr. Don Anton R.
