After a rigorous and systematic selection process, Caraga State University has appointed six (6) administrative personnel who have met the minimum competency requirements for their newly-conferred positions.
In accordance with BOR Resolution No. 75-13, s. 2023 and BOR Resolution No. 77-24 on the implementation of NBC 589, s. 2022 for the Revised Organization and Staffing Standard (ROSS) For SUCs – Phase I, the following individuals were grated with their respective positions: Merinessa D. Gonzaga as Chief Administrative Officer (Finance and Management Officer II), Atty. Janice C. Endico-Pagas as Attorney IV, Anna Victoria T. Ducena as Supervising Administrative Officer (Finance and Management Officer I), Jenny Mae F. Bersabal as Supervising Administrative Officer (Administrative Officer IV), Dave Anthony P. Asis as Information Technology Officer I, and Richard P. Ruiz as Administrative Officer V (Records Officer III).
All the benefits offered to employees who are hired on a permanent basis will be granted to them, including clothing stipends, leave benefits, Productivity Enhancement Incentives (PEI), Performance-Based Bonuses (PBB), Mid-Year bonuses, CNA Incentives, Year-End Bonuses and Cash Gifts, Personal Economic Relief Allowance (PERA), GSIS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth Premiums.
As per the mentioned resolutions above, individuals who wish to contest or protest the appointments may do so within fifteen (15) days from the date of posting. Only written grievances or protests will be considered. PICO/ARP
