Key Functions:
Responsible for the human resource management and development services in the University aligned with the following systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Learning and Development (L & D); Performance Management (PM); and Rewards and Recognition (R & R);
Keep updated records of, and other data and information pertaining to, all University employees;
Issue appropriate certifications and other documents per approved request of the authorized parties through proper channels;
Undertake continuing programs necessary to uphold, enhance, and promote the human resource management and development services of the University;
Assist and advise University officials and employees concerned in the proper execution of policies, regulations, and orders in all areas of human resource management and development promulgated by the Civil Service Commission and other higher authorities;
Sustain an effective representation with the Civil Service Commission and other offices concerned; and
Perform other tasks relevant to the function of the Office of Human Resource Management Services.
