Graduation with Honors

Students who complete their courses with the following averages, computed on the basis of units shall be graduated with honors:

• Cum Laude (1.50 - 1.75)
• Magna Cum Laude (1.25 - 1.49)
• Summa Cum Laude (1.00 - 1.24)

In the case of students taking courses with a prescribed length of less than four years, he shall be graduated "With Honors".

Any student who is a candidate for graduation "With Honors"  must have completed at least 75 % of the total number of academic units or hours required for graduation and must have been in residence prior to graduation. He must have taken a normal prescribed load of not less than 15 credit units each semester and must have no failing grades.
