CSU EMPLOYEES LEGAL DEPENDENTS

Any incoming FRESHMEN or transferee or an old student who is a legitimate dependent of a CSU Regular Employee (Faculty or Administrative Staff) can apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be a legitimate dependent of a CSU Regular Employee as certified by the Human Resource Management Officer.

2. Photocopy of an NSO Certificate of Birth

3. Photocopy of the latest Parent's Income Tax Return

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. All student scholars under this program must have no mark of Failed (F), Incomplete (INC) and Dropped (DRP) subjects within the year.

2. He/She must also carry a regular academic load based on the prescribed curriculum.

PRIVELEGES:

1. The Student will enjoy a 100% Tuition Fee exemption.
