CSU commits itself to taking gender equality and gender perspectives into consideration with regards to research endeavors. The University supports researchers in the development of projects related to gender concepts. This also applies to the consideration of gender and diversity issues and finding of gender research in the curriculum content.
CSU shall allot funds for gender related researches and other support needed by the personnel in the conduct of gender related research projects (e.g. conflict areas, hazardous conditions, etc.).
The university shall establish strong networks with other government agencies and non-government organizations for resources required in research.
The university shall ensure that researchers involved in gender related researches are gender sensitive.
