Policies
- Mainstream GAD in all plans, programs, projects and services in the four fold functions to ensure that the enforcement of the GAD Manual is a responsibility of all the offices of the university in active partnership with State Colleges and Universities, Civil Society Organization (CSO) and the private sectors.
- Allocate, utilize and monitor the use of the GAD budget; women's participation in university activities for development and
- Institute affirmative actions for women in various areas of concerns and enhance in decision-making;
- Eliminate gender biases in all policies, systems, procedures and maintain these gender fair adherent to the principles of empowerment and equality;
- Develop and strengthen mechanisms for mainstreaming GAD;
- Maintain constant awareness and vigilance in addressing existing and emerging gender issues and concerns in the University to fully address discriminations and inequalities; and
- Take measures aimed at the eradication of all forms of abuse against human rights.
