This adaptive and adept young leader who believes not just in servant and transformational leadership also believes in quantum leadership and apply them. The quantum perspective emphasizes free-flowing interaction and co-determination. All organizations consist of a world of connections, interactions, relationships and forces. They are not fixed entities. The quantum perspective makes it clear that the only meaningful change comes from within and occurs first among various members.
Quantum leadership requires: acting with moral purpose to make a positive difference in the lives of organizational members and society as a whole. Making truly informed decisions by acquiring knowledge through listening to and empowering members, and building relationships that nurture both individuals and organizations.
The half a day event which began exactly on time at 8 in the morning and ended noontime was very well organized. It was attended by some members of the CSU Board of Regents, different stakeholders, project partners, past CSU administrators and presidents, and some other entities.
