CSU Honors Retired Employees thru an activity called “Celebration of Love and Life” last February 11, 2020 at the Conference Room of the CSU new Administration building. Faculty and staff retirees of the university were given a tribute honouring their contribution to the development and progress of the University.
The Celebration of Life and Love was spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance thru the Human Resource and Management Services.
The retirees were treated to a musical presentation and were given gifts of hoodie jackets with the CSU logo and a cash of 10, 000 each per Section 3-Early Retirement and Voluntary Separation Benefits of RA 6683.
CSU President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso acknowledged the capital contributions of these retirees to the high pedestal that the university is positioned in the present. He said that the retirees are the planters of the successes that the university is reaping today.
The University have made this “Celebration of Life and Love” an annual tradition to give appreciation and respect to all the retired employees who have been part of the constant mobility of the university towards its academic advancement, administrative ascendancy, research furtherance, and extension expansion.
