SLSU propects purchase of university's FARMS and enrollment system

Representatives from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) visited the University’s Management Information System (MIS) office yesterday, October 2, 2023, for a benchmarking activity. They are eyeing to purchase two of CSU’s homegrown systems to optimize their services.

The MIS Director and Information Technology Officer I, Mr. Dave Anthony Asis, demonstrated the specifications of the Financial Automation and Resource Management Systems (FARMS) and the Enrollment System in the university. He was assisted by Budget Office Staff, Mr. Jhoven P. Hampac, who showed the real-time usability of FARMS.

VPAA Dr. Luisito I. Tabada, the OIC of the Office of the University President, warmly welcomed the three (3) SLSU representatives, namely: Prof. Mariebeth P. Seño - University Registrar, Prof. Reynaldo V. Danganan - Management Information System/Information & Communication Technology – Head, and Mr. Milton D. Gaelo - BAC Technical Working Group.
