Alumni attendees were engineering graduates who are already employed and others still seeking for employment both here and abroad. The well managed question and answer segment was enthusiastically participated by the alumni. It was hosted by OIGE’s Ms. Mysty Banias. The virtual meeting was a collaborative move between the academe and the industry. It is also forms part of CSU’s initiatives to strengthen its international and global engagement, and assuring the employability of CSU graduates.
In her closing remarks, the CSU Alumni Relations director, Dr. Sonia R. Low pointed out some thoughts for the alumni. “One, choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. Two, it is never too late to be what you might have been. Three, all our dreams can come true, but only you can make good things happen to you. Four, learning is limitless, just like the sky above us. And all good comes to those who honor the Heavens and show empathy and respect to humanity. Everything is PR and the essence of PR is relationship. The last two thoughts were also mentioned by Engr. Benjamin Arias in his message to the alumni. The OIGE the OVPAA, the ASE and all others involved truly made a good happening on that day. PICO
