CARAGA STATE University - College of Education presented remotely its Master of Science Education (MSciEd) graduate program for Program Accreditation 3rd Survey Visit by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) on October 19-21, 2022 via Zoom Video Communications.
Dr. Luisito I. Tabada, Vice President for Executive Operations and Auxiliary Services, welcomed all participants and involved individuals highlighting CSU’s commitment on improving the quality of its programs.
Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, the OIC University President, stressed the importance of interconnecting the fundamental functions of the university to the CSU core values towards enriching teaching and learning experiences to its customers [clienteles].
Dr. Antriman V. Orleans, the AACCUP 3rd Survey Visit Overall Coordinator, oriented and assured participants of utmost level of objectivity in the accreditation process based on the standards set by AACCUP.
“Accreditation, on a personal note, is like a mirror. This mirror is important because it provides us ideas as to our strengths and weaknesses from an outsider’s perspective,” said Dr. Orleans.
Dr. Rolando N. Paluga, Vice President for Academic Affairs, underscored the importance of reviewing the University system, implementation, and outcomes in expediting the gains and to revisit processes to improve the delivery of curricular programs.
