CSU Utility Worker Turns Over Cash Found at the New Admin Building

An exemplary deed worth commending was shown by Ms. Lilian Billones, an agency-based (UFSCWA) utility worker of the Caraga State University. Ms. Billiones found a small amount of one thousand, six hundred pesos (1,600.00) cash while sweeping in front of the New Administration Building last March 1, 2021. She immediately went to the Office of the Security and Safety Services for lost and found report.

Ms. Billones acted in an instant, to directly turn-over the found cash to the Head Guard for proper disposition and identification of its owner. The OCSSS promptly identified the owner, who was very grateful to Ms. Billiones for her empathy and honesty.

CSU is in awe of the good and honest heart that Ms. Billones exemplified especially in the midst of these trying times. It is hoped that the goodness done by Ms. Billones will send ripples to all. All praises to an honest heart! ARP/pico
