Caraga State University took pride of a total of fifteen (15)faculty members who finished their masters and doctorate degrees from the different delivering universities in the country and abroad.
Among the new MS and PhD graduates were eight (8) PhD holders, six (6) MS holders, and one (1) International Diploma holder.
The Caraga State University (CSU) is among the 14 recipients of research grants from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) under its Niche Centers in the Region (NICER) Program to establish the Industrial Tree Plantation Species (ITPS) Research and Innovation Center.

Caraga State University hired 38 new employees for 2019, in both academic and administrative areas.
A total of 13 Project Assistants, 11 Technical Assistants, 10 faculty, 8 Outsourced Utility Workers and Driver, 3 Laboratory Technicians, and 1 University Architect with varied eligibilities in their respective areas of specialization were hired to add up to the University’s manpower and to better serve the increasing number of CSU students and clients.
