The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) together with the Philippine National Police (PNP), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) bestowed Caraga State University- Main Campus the Safety Seal to pilot the face-to-face classes on June 1, 2022. With the cooperation of the Office of the Vice President for Executive Operations and Auxiliary Services (OVPEOAS), the Health and Wellness department, and the General Services unit, the site inspection was conducted successfully.
The inspection started from the entrance of CSU’s main gate and ended at the former administration building. The assessment was cooperatively represented by the Director of the Health and Wellness unit, Mr. Jotham A. Hugo, Director of the General Services unit, Engr. Marilou G. Umpad, and Mr. Florence Jones Noelle R. Acosta. After the thorough inspection, the DILG representative handed the Safety Seal banner to Vice President Luisito I. Tabada.
With the Safety Seal, Caraga State University- Main Campus can now fully conduct face-to-face classes with strict accordance to the minimum health protocols provided by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF). OVPEOAS/pico
