September 2, 2017 at the conference room of Caraga State University, CSU president, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso spoke to more than a hundred graduate students about ethics on research. The seminar entitled Ethic on Research was organized by the CSU Graduate School headed by Dr. Natividad R. Mamaoag and the office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rolando N. Paluga.Public Information, Alumni and External Affairs Director, Dr. Sonia R. Low introduced the CSU President in four words, he having four X factors: Experience, Expertise, Exposure and character Extraordinaire. Dr. Julie Berami of the College of Education served as the event’s master of ceremonies.
