Caraga State University has all the reasons to celebrate November 22, 2020. The day marked another significant event in the history of Caraga State University as the first virtual Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines (AACCUP) Institutional Accreditation ended notably.
Caraga State University gear up for the AACCUP Institutional Accreditation. This milestone is one for the book. It is not only the first ever virtual IA or Institutional Accreditation for CSU but one of the roads less travelled by an academic institution.
The Caraga State University- Bids and Awards Committee held series of online fora for ongoing and upcoming 2021 projects, the awarding of three projects under Regular Agency Fund (RAF) 2020, and the public bidding for projects under Internally Generated Fund (IGF)/Business Related Fund (BRF) 2020.
Butuan City – Scientists and professors around the globe virtually gathered on a historic training on September 16, 2020 on the latest characterization techniques on nanomaterials which was spearheaded by Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan of CSU’s NanoCeNTRE in collaboration with CHED DARE TO project, “Development of Nanoparticle-decorate Paper-based Sensor for Rapid Sensing of Metal Ions”.
September 11, 2020. Caraga State University’s first virtual AACCUP Accreditation successfully completed with remarkable notes from the accreditors. Findings and recommendations were presented by the AACCUP accreditation team as acknowledged and presented by Quality Assurance and Management Services director, Dr. Hernando T. Herrera.
