January 06, 2019. Caraga State University ended 2019 with a blast and starting 2020 with a bang. In today’s flag raising ceremony CSU President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso greeted the CSU family with sheer optimism and lauded CSU for its 2019 accomplishments and achievements.
CSU- College of Engineering and Geo-Sciences ranks third in the ranking of the Best Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Schools in the Philippines for 2019. And CSU ranks second in the ranking of the Best Geodetic Engineering Schools in the Philippines for 2019.
CSU has also produced its first Summa cum laude in the person of Abzonie B. Reno following the footsteps of our University President who was also the first Summa cum laude of Central Mindanao University.
Before 2019 ended the CSU-College of Education has for the first time placed top 7, top, 8, and top 10 in the Licensure Examination for Teachers in both Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
CSU also placed top 1, top 5, top 6, and top 8 in the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination. CSU was top 10 in Mining Engineering Licensure Examination; top 7 in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Board Examination. And top 7 and top 8 in the Forester Licensure Examination.
CSU has been producing winners in both the College of Engineering and Geo-Sciences and College of Forestry and Environmental Science for the past years.
Furthermore, the University faculty was in high heavens after the release of NBC Cycle 7 ranks and remunerations, and all other benefits and bonuses including the Performance Based Bonus which CSU has been consistently receiving for the past three years. PICO
