On June 8, 2022, Caraga State University’s Navigatu presented Macro Wiring Company Inc. Chief Executive Officer/President, Engr. Jerenato B. Alfante for a talk on Entrepreneurship (Start Ups). CEO Alfante was also invited as panel chairperson during Navigatu’s pitching event in the afternoon with ARD Ricardo Varela of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), ARD Brenda B.
The Center for Research in Environmental Management and Eco-Governance (CRÈME) and the Graduate School’s Master’s in Environmental Management faculty and students conducted a training-workshop on Comprehensive Development Planning. The aim was to capacitate and upscale the MEM / MSESM students from the Local Government Units, National Government Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, and Private Companies, specifically from the large-scale mining companies of the region.

Caraga State University (CSU) the Office of Internationalization and Global Engagement (OIGE), spearheadedd an orientation on Elite Exchange Program with National Quemoy University (NQU), Taiwan on May 11, 2022, virtually via Zoom. The aim was to attract and inform students from Caraga State University to apply and join the Elite Exchange Program of National Quemoy University.
The Caraga State University’s Center for Renewable Energy, Automation, and Fabrication Technologies (CRAFT) was created in response to the need of the local community for technological innovation. CRAFT has worked on a research entitled “RS Program on Producing Alternative Clean Energy and Power in Partnerships with LGU in Caraga” last 2021. It was funded by CSU local funds for research.
