Caraga State University (CSU) got a message from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) that CSU is one of the ten (10) State Universities and Colleges in the Philippines recommended for Performance Based Bonus (PBB) pay-out on June 19, 2017. CSU along with Kalinga State University (KSU), Benguet State University (BengSU), Ifugao State University (IfSU), Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), Romblon State University (RSU), Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), Sorsogon State College (SSC), Samar State University (SSU), and University of the Philippines (UP).
Thanks to the concerted effort of the different colleges on the attainment of research and extension, higher education and graduate studies target; for the administration’s good governance. ISO certification compliance, ARTA and procurement as well as PhilGeps compliance with the Vice President for Administration, Dr. Armie Leila M. Mordeno as focal person as well as the decisiveness and strong will of CSU president, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso, and the shared effort of all the CSU family members, the Vice Presidents,Dr. Rolando N. Paluga for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rowena P. Varela for Research and Extension, the deans of the different Colleges, Dr. Esamel M. Paluga, College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Miraluna L. Herrera, College of Education, Engr. Meriam M. Santillan, College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Teresita A. Atega, College of Sciences and Natural Resources, Dr. Natividad R. Mamaoag, Graduate School,The OPD under Dr. Tomas M. Austral, the QUAMS, HRMS, other directors and other unit heads, the PBB Secretariat, the Bids and Awards Committee, the Financial and Management Services, the Budget and Accounting Offices and all others involve. CSU started receiving the PBB in 2015, and for 2016, CSU is one of the ten of the first batch to receive the Productivity Based Bonus. piaea
