Five days after his election as new CSU President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil with concerned officials from Caraga State University (CSU) traveled to the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) at Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, for the Department of Budget and Management’s (DBM) Fourth Quarter Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) Meeting. Upon his election on November 10, 2022, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil has been attending meetings and assumed responsibilities since then.
On November 14, 2022 the Caraga State University happily welcomed the newly elected CSU President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil in a simple ceremony held after the first flag raising ceremony of Dr. Daguil as Chief Executive of the University.

On November 10, 2022 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel, the members of the Caraga State University Board of Regents sat down to finally interview, rank, and elect the third CSU President. By virtue of CSU-BOR Resolution No. 70-03, series of 2022, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil became the 3rd President of CSU.
