The administrative manuals for the Office of Administration and Financeand the Income Generation Project (IGP), both crafted under the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, were duly approved by the Caraga State University Board of Regents during the 49th BOR Meeting (Special) per BOR Res Nos. 49-16 and 49-17, heldat Grand Regal Hotel, Davao City last October 17, 2019.
The Administration Manual was initially crafted by Dr. Luisito I. Tabada and was collaboratively enhanced by the seven (7) different offices under the VPAF. The IGP Manualon the other hand, was first crafted by a committee headed by Dr. Raquel Balanay with write-up and editing done by Dr. Erico Alan.
The OVPAF headed by Dr.Armie Leila M. Mordeno was grateful for the initiative and teamwork manifested by all the subsequent offices and unit heads who helped in completing the manuals, to wit: Office of the Resource Generation Management Services (ORGMS) Director Tomas M. Austral, Jr. with ORGMS Staff Mr. Kevin Pepito and Ms.Loveliz Nabong, General Services Director, Engr. Marilou G. Umpad, Human Resource Management Services (HRMS) Director Jenny Mae F. Bersabal, Financial Management Services (FMS) Director Ma. Victoria M. Labisto with FMS Staff Ms. Jovelyn Moral, Chief Accountant Ana Victoria T. Ducena, Chief Cashier Rizalyn B. Dy.
Other offices in the OVPAF, Chief Supply Officer Karl Mars Glenn R. Cane, Chief Procurement Officer Julius L. Ocmen, Records Office Staff Edelmar C. Juranes and Maria May C. Aenlle, Campus Security Chief Officer, Master George M. Tortola, Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (OVPAF) personnel Aquessa R. Piamonte, John Peter M. Mongaya, Allen C. Catipan, and Kirby A. Abasolo for the consolidation and complete staff work, and most of all, the University President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso.
One of the purposes of the first-ever completed administrative manuals is its requirement to the upcoming Institutional Accreditation. ARP/pico
