An Era of Excellence: A warm send-off for President Penaso

August 16, 2022– the entire University executives, personnel, students, and partners merrily paid tribute and respect to the outgoing University President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso on his last day of tenure at Caraga State University through an array of surprise festivities. The send-off was held at the New Administration Building ground and respective areas in the University.
