On November 10, 2022 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel, the members of the Caraga State University Board of Regents sat down to finally interview, rank, and elect the third CSU President. By virtue of CSU-BOR Resolution No. 70-03, series of 2022, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil became the 3^rd President of CSU.
