The Caraga Association of State Universities and Colleges Inc. (CASUC) conducted the Higher Education Leadership Mentoring (HELMS) Program on March 21, 2025, at CSU HERO Learning Commons, gathering key leaders and educators in the region to learn from the best practices of University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB).
The program aimed to discuss pressing challenges in higher education and provided participants with innovative strategies for academic improvement, research development, and public service enhancement.

The Caraga State University (CSU) officially announces the opening of the Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology (BSMB), which aims to produce highly skilled marine biologists equipped to address the challenges of marine biodiversity conservation, coastal sustainability, and climate resilience.
