Forming part of the joint research project of Caraga State University (CSU) with the University of Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV) in Amiens France, four faculty researchers from the College of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (CMNS) were sent to France for immersion, to include visit to the UPJV research laboratories and undertake research on November 21-30, 2022.
Dr. Johnvie Goloran, batch 2001 graduate of Caraga State University has become a soil health and plant nutrition scientist. Dr. Goloran finished a Bachelor of Science in Agroforestry and Entrepreneurship course from CSU, cum laude. He visits CSU from time to time, the most recent of which was last November 15, 2022 at the Alumni Relations Office, signifying his support to his alma mater.
