Governor Nilo P. Demerey Jr. of the Province of Dinagat Islands and Chair of the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC), along with his wife, visited the Office of the President on March 1, 2024, to discuss the future direction of the School of Medicine.

TODAY, February 29 – CSU’s leap day commenced with welcoming students and faculty members from Santiago National High School to the five research and development centers of the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CCIS) and College of Engineering and Geosciences (CEGS). This educational trip explored the practical application of electronics and robotics, thus showcasing the university's pioneering projects and innovative advancements in the field.
Engr. Herimee Jomari C. Toreña, a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering graduate, secured the 7th spot in the 2024 Master Plumber Licensure Examinations released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) tonight, February 20.
As per PRC's qualifications, BSEM graduates are eligible to take the examination, along with other identified courses and non-degree holders with plumbing experience certified and notarized by a Master Plumber.
Almost 200 participants, including students with special educational needs, teachers, and parents from the Butuan City Special Education Center, visited the HERO Learning Commons for an educational tour. This visit was organized as part of the National Intellectual Disability Week.
Ms. Janet C. Cahiwat, Special Education Teacher (SPET) III, articulated that this tour holds immense potential in nurturing and enhancing the skills of learners with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
