August 2023 brings a victorious feat for the pioneering batch of CSU’s BS Psychology! The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the University as the 5th top-performing school in the Philippines in the August 2023 Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) with a 92.42% passing rate for its first-time takers. This ranking concurrently puts CSU as the leading school in Visayas and Mindanao.

The university has achieved yet another significant milestone in its pursuit of academic excellence! Guided by CHED Commissioner Jo Mark M. Libre, CSU received substantial funding of 10 million pesos from the Commission on Higher Education - Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (CHED-IDIG) Program. This achievement is credited to the joint efforts of CSU President Dr. Rolyn Daguil, Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr.
The pedestal that the university stands on remains high, as it ranked 1st in Caraga and 48th in the entire Philippines out of 367 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This is based on the newly-released Webometrics’ July 2023 publication for its Ranking of World Universities by the Cybermetrics Lab. CSU is also the only HEI in Caraga included in the top 100.
