CSU observes 34th Commencement Exercises
Caraga State University held its 34th Commencement Exercises yesterday, March 30, 2011. The day served as the end of college days and at the same time the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of the graduates of Caraga State University. | Photo: Hon. Ferdinand M.
