Goals

  1. To regularly engage in an active interaction with the Board of Regents (BOR) in all of CSU’s Strategic Planning Process.

  2. To conduct a regular review and evaluation across campuses in terms of:

    • Efficiency features (systems, policies, processes, - systematizes work)

    • Effectiveness features (results in terms of teaching highlighted in licensure results, etc.)

    • Response-ability features

  3. To institutionalize Key Business Process across campuses in terms of:

    • Food Sourcing

    • Infrastructure System

    • People Management

    • Partnering

    • Financial Management

    • Program Management

    • Feedback Mechanism

  4. To build a culture of participation across

    • Leadership
